Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@koremarket.com with your order #.
2. We'll send pre-paid return labels where applicable.
3. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive the item.

Non-returnable items

Personalized items, intimate goods, and final-sale items are non-returnable.
